3 teknologjitë për të zvogëluar përdorimin e energjisë

Ndërtimet me efiçencë energjitike janë zgjidhja më e mirë dhe më e përballueshme për adresimin e ndryshimeve klimaterike dhe uljen e emetimeve të karbonit. Megjithatë, ajo është aq e promovuar shpesh nga diskutimet në lidhje automjetet elektrike dhe paneleve diellore. Duke qenë se ndërtesat cilësore janë një investim i madh financiar ju ofrojnë banorëve përfitime për të jetuar në qytete më të jetueshme, në këtë aspekt ata meritojnë vëmendjen tonë.

Urgjenca për të vepruar është e madhe: emetimet nga ndërtesat duhet të reduktohet 80-90 përqind deri në mesin e shekullit për tiu mbajtur ndryshimeve klimatike nën 1.5 gradë Celsius. Megjithatë, përmirësimet në përdorimin e energjisë në ndërtesa gjerësisht shihen si “jo në rrugën e duhur” kur krahasohen me progresin në energjinë; transportin dhe industrinë e energjive të rinovueshme.

Pse kjo ndarje?

Kjo vjen për shkak të keqkuptimit se projektet në efiçencën e energjisë në ndërtesa janë të kushtueshme dhe komplekse, ndoshta edhe të mërzitshme deri diku. Pak janë promovuar se risitë transformuese të shumëfishta në teknologjitë e ndërtimit janë bërë opsione të rëndësishme gjatë dekadës së fundit. Ato mund të përmirësojnë komoditetin dhe produktivitetin duke ulur përdorimin e energjisë dhe kursimin e të ardhurave financiare.

Partneriteti Ndërkombëtar për Bashkëpunimin e Efiçiencës së Energjisë (IPEEC) kohët e fundit theksoi teknologjitë dhe praktikat më të mira në dispozicion për të përmirësuar efiçencën energjitike në ndërtim. Më poshtë do japim një vështrim në tre teknologjitë e mundshme, që janë të gatshme dhe transformuese që të ndihmojnë rritjen e efiçencës energjitike në ndërtesa brenda mundësive financiare për të gjithë.

1. Pompat e nxehtësisë për ngrohjen e ujit.

Ngrohëset e zakonshme/konvencionale të akumulimit të ujit – me gaz ose elektrike – janë veçanërisht joefikase në konsumin e energjisë. Duke përdorur një teknologji tërësisht të ndryshme dhe komplekse, pompat e nxehtësisë për ngrohjen e ujit janë një alternativë inovative. Në vend të gjenerimit të nxehtësisë nga një burim energjie, pompat e nxehtësisë transferon nxehtësinë nga ajri në ujë, ngjashëm me atë se si funksionon një frigorifer, por në ciklin e kundërt.

Ndërsa kostoja fillestare për pompat e nxehtësisë për ngrohjen e ujit është më e lartë se modelet konvencionale, ato janë dy deri në tre herë më efiçente dhe kanë një periudhë të parashikuar të vetë-shlyerjes prej rreth katër vjetësh në Shtetet e Bashkuara dhe rreth 2 vjetësh në BE. Për të ndihmuar në lehtësimin e këtyre kostove fillestare të investimeve, disa vende, si Shtetet e Bashkuara, Britania, Australia dhe Japonia, po mundësojnë për të dhënë reduktime taksash, subvencione, standarde të reja ose programe etiketimi të pajisjeve.

Popullariteti i përdorimit i pompave të nxehtësisë është parashikuar të rritet në vitet e ardhshme për shkak të rritjes së kërkesës për ndërtime të reja dhe preferencës për produkte energjitike efçente dhe ekologjikisht miqësore. Evropa dhe Lindja e Mesme pritet të shohin rritjet më të mëdha.

2. Ndriçimi

Sa herë keni dalë nga shtëpia apo zyra dhe i keni lënë dritat ndezur? Kjo lidhur me teknologjinë e efiçencës së energjisë, me ndriçimin inteligjent (reagues) është teknologjia më efikase që kontribuon pozitivisht në efiçencën e energjisë.

Siç sugjeron emërtimi, këto sisteme ndriçimi bazohen në sensorë, matësa-kohe, planifikues inteligjent dhe kontrolluesa për të rregulluar ndriçimin bazuar në përdorimin/kërkesat, kushtet e motit / ndriçimin natyral të asaj dite etj. Kjo teknologji eliminon nevojën për tu kujtuar për të fikur dritat kur është e nevojshme. Për më tepër, meqenëse sistemet inteligjente të ndriçimit lejojnë që ndriçimi të jetë sa më dinamik, përfitimet positive nga ndriçimi mund të përdoren duke ndihmuar shëndetin, mirëqenien dhe performancën e njerëzve që përdorin këto ndërtesa.

Kur bashkohet me ndriçimin (LED), të cilat ulin përdorimin e energjisë së paku 75 për qind dhe zgjasin jetëgjatësinë 25 herë më shumë se sa llampat inkandeshente, kursimet mund të jenë të konsiderueshme. “Kontrollet e nivelit Luminar të ndriçimit”, ose LLLCs, kombinojnë ndriçimin LED me sensorë inteligjent për të siguruar ndriçim të cilësisë së lartë duke respektuar mjedisin. Kjo teknologji e kursimit mund të jetë veçanërisht e efektshme në ndërtesat ‘qëndra tregëtare’, ‘mjedise zyrash’, pasi ajo ndihmon në ndryshimet në shfrytëzimin e hapësirës dhe mund të shoqërohet me teknologji të tjera, si përdorimin e dritës natyrale dhe pjesërisht ndriçimin artificial me kontrolluesa intesiteti drite.

Në një shembull, është ndërtesa historike Tower Pacific në Seattle integruar me teknologjinë LLLCs për të ndihmuar në uljen e shpenzimeve të energjisë, duke siguruar shumëllojshmëri të nriçimeve të llojeve të ndryshme të ndriçimit. Si rezultat, ndërtesa ka reduktuar përdorimin e saj të energjisë me 80 për qind krahasuar sistemin e saj më të vjetër të ndriçimit.

3. Dritaret me emetim të ulët (Low-e)

Tradicionalisht, dritaret me efiçencë energjetike kanë qenë të rezervuara kryesisht për klimat më të ftohta, dhe të njohura me shumë në tregun Evropian. Megjithatë, duke patur parasysh se dritaret me performancë të ulët, ku hapsirat lejojnë kalim të ajrit mund të shkaktojnë rritje të shpenzimeve të ngrohjes dhe të ftohjes së një ndërtese, shumë vende tani po kthejnë sytë nga dritaret me efiçensë të lartë energjitike. Kina, Afrika e Jugut dhe Brazili pritet të kenë një rritje të konsiderueshme të këtij tregu në pesë vitet e ardhshme.

 Dritaret me emetim të ulët “Low-e” janë shtesë në disa raste, sesa zëvendësime, të cilat reflektojnë nxehtësinë e verës dhe rrezet e dritës UV, por lejojnë rrezatimet që janë të dukshme që të kalojë, gjithashtu dimër redukton rrjedhjen transmetimit të nxehtësisë në urat termike rreth kornizave dhe reflekton atë në hapsirat e brendëshme. Ato janë një opsion i përballueshëm, që kushton rreth 25 për qind të vlerës së plotë të dritares dhe mund të zvogëlon kostot e ngrohjes dhe ftohjes nga 12 deri në 33 për qind. Përveç kësaj, ato janë shumë praktike për tu montuar, ato ndikojnë edhe në zvogëlimin e zhurmës.

Ndërsa këto teknologji do të ofrojnë përfitime të menjëhershme dhe afatgjata në shumicën e vendeve, disponueshmëria dhe përshtatshmëria e tyre ndaj klimës lokale do varet edhe mënyra dhe teknologjia e ndërtimit të cilat ndryshojnë.

Smart Cities

iSentinel® will be presented for the first time on the Bulgarian market. It is a smart earthquake protection system. The emphasis of Green Embedded Systems participation will be on the latest company development, which is a novelty on the global market – a 60A direct energy meter for home use, with built-in Wi-Fi and with the size of a standard fuse. Innovambiente is a system to manage municipal waste collection processes, from startup to collection monitoring. It will be presented by the Italian company Innova. Intracom Telecom (smart lighting, parking, metering, eHealth), Comicon (building and home automation), VAiOS (video surveillance, alarm systems, access control), National Cluster for Intelligent Transport and Energy Systems (smart systems in transport) etc. have also joined Smart Cities.

Save the Planet

Lindner-Recyclingtech sees a growing potential in the SE European market and has

already realized various projects there. The focus of its participation will be on innovative shredders for the processing of premium SRF and RDF. EREMA has recently presented the new global innovation Vacunite – the company is a leader producer of plastics recycling machines. 8th Solar Energy Conference and Trade Show of Eastern Europe

CISOLAR 2019 submit new opportunities for developing solar energy in Central and Eastern Europe

On April, 16-18 in Kyiv will be held the main business event of region in solar energy field devoted to latest technology, trends and investments opportunities – CISOLAR 2019, 8th International Solar Energy Conference and Trade Show of Central and Eastern Europe.

Today solar energy development is one of priority areas for investors in the world and Eastern Europe in particular.

As of October, 2018 in Ukraine more than 1,06 GW capacity of megawatt-type solar power station were built and by end of the year this indicator will increase to 1,2 GW.

In addition to large scale projects, the segment of small solar stations, including solar roof stations, is also rapidly developing.

Since 2015 in Ukraine more than 72 million euro has been invested in the installation of small households stations. As of June 15, 2018, the number of households equipped with solar power plants exceeded 6 031.

One of the CISOLAR 2019 key issue will be a possible change of the solar energy market model is transition from green tariff system to the auction model. It is precisely this legislative initiative is a focus of market players and investors today.

Energy transition and future challenges for a liberalised and integrated electrical market: the case of Albania

On February 20th 2019, the second phase of the KEP / CEI technical assistance program “Central European Initiative Support for Strengthening Energy Regulatory Authorities in the Western Balkans” will be formally launched, benefiting from the financial support of the CEI fund, totally financed by the Italian government, through the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). The initiative, led by the Regulation Authority for Energy, Networks and Environment (ARERA) with the support of TERNA and GME, is focused on the transfer of knowledge to the regulatory Authorities of Albania (ERE), Montenegro (RAE) and Serbia (AERS) in relation to market coupling mechanisms. The aim is to promote the harmonization and integration of Regional energy markets in order to establish a safe, efficient and integrated European electricity market starting from a correct implementation of the new regulatory framework of the European electricity and gas markets in line with the so-called. Third, Package (European network codes).

The Italian Embassy in Albania – in collaboration with the Italian Trade Agency, the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Albania and Confindustria Albania will take this opportunity to restart, five years after the last edition, the “Energy Table”.

The aim is to establish a permanent forum of dialogue with Italian private companies active in the various energy sectors in Albania, with the dual aim of addressing both the issues of the current Albanian business and regulatory context, and an evaluation of the main opportunities for future investments.

In this framework, on February 21st we will organize, in cooperation with the Development and Cooperation Institute the workshop ” Energy transition and future challenges for a liberalized and integrated electrical market: the case of Albania” so to present the main outcomes of the Energy Table and to foster a constructive dialogue between Italian, Albanian and International Authorities and stakeholders. The workshop will be focused on the upcoming challenges and opportunities of Albania to strengthen regional energy connectivity, in line with the guidelines set by the European Union and the conclusions of the Trieste Summit of July 2017, in the context of the Western Balkans process.

Seminari do të fokusohet në sfidat dhe mundësitë e ardhshme të Shqipërisë për të forcuar ndërlidhjen rajonale të energjisë, në përputhje me udhëzimet e vendosura nga Bashkimi Evropian dhe përfundimet e Samitit të Triestes, në korrik 2017, në kontekstin e Procesit të Berlinit mbi Ballkanin Perëndimor.

Setting targets towards a viable energy model in Albania.

Presentation Held at Tirana Economic Forum

In order we can meet with Paris Agreement objective we have to scaled up to 6 time faster with Renewable Energies in order to have by 2050 a Neutral Europe. 

By 2030 EU targets, we should meet over 32% of Renewables, and 32.5% of EE.

But what is the situation in Albania Energy Sector. I will focus in this presentation mostly in electricity demands and gaps which must be filled by new renewable technologies.

Our electricity is produced 100% from hydropower. And in 2017 we see that our Net Production was only 4525GWh, which is 37% less compare to previous year because of climate change. The question rise, is still fine to invest in massive hydro power plants? Imports for 2017 were 45%, every year Albania is spending 160 to over 200 million Euros for imports. 

Albania has installed over 2.1GW Hydro capacities, and on going are 545 other small hydro power plants, but are hydro investment capacities meet the energy demand by more than 40% till 2030?, here including the climate change effects?

To meet this Albania has implemented an important Law On Promoting the use of Energy from RES, which practically is driving investments in Hydro, PV, Wind, EE.

To make diversification of Energy Mix, Based in this Law, it is implementit FIT for PV and Wind , with capacities till 2020, at least 30MW of Wind and 50MW of PV. But are these targets enough with Albania which is importing 45% of its electricity ?

The capacities are available to invest : Like in Wind there are over 857MW of licences are given, no investment in horizon in this. Most of the interesting places to invest are Karaburun Peninsula, Gjader Hills, South east and North West of Albania.

Albania rely on dominant single source of electricity supply, like Hydropower, and on imported oil and gas. “How we can address these vulnerabilities?, is  by diversifying the energy mix within the region as well as sources of external supply, by promoting energy efficiency and the development of renewable energy sources.”

Smart Energy in our cities, it is an opportunity for Public and commercial building too, to start invest in EE, and focus in PV systems up to 500kW as also is specified by the law. In order to have CO2 reduction and meet energy demand we should start act now, where this kind of technologies have the return of investment up to max 5-6years.

In large scale of investments there are available over 2GW PV in West Albania, at least in 4 main area. In Vlora Akerni 950MW, in Fier Darzeze 375MW, Fier Seman 340MW, in Lushnja Karavasta 380MW.The mixture of all renewable energy options could help the Western Balkans cut its carbon emissions, while delivering secure and sustainable energy at a lower cost.
